The 2004 FANUC Arc Mate 100iB is a six-axis, electric servo-driven articulated robot designed for high-speed welding, cutting, and pick-and-place applications. It features a 6 kg payload capacity, a 1373 mm reach, and a repeatability of 0.08 mm. The robot has a mass of 135 kg and supports floor, inverted, wall, and angle mounting. It is equipped with a narrow wrist for accessibility to confined spaces and a large work envelope for handling large parts. The unit includes internal routing for gas/air lines and wire feeder cables to improve reliability.
