The 2004 FANUC Arc Mate 100iB is a six-axis, electric servo-driven articulated robot designed for high-speed welding and cutting applications. It features a 6 kg payload capacity, a 1373 mm reach, and a repeatability of 0.08 mm. The robot has a mass of 135 kg and supports floor, inverted, wall, and angle mounting. It is equipped with a FANUC RJ3iB controller, a teach pendant, and connection cables. The unit includes a Miller wire feeder and a welding torch. The robot’s design features narrow wrists for accessibility in confined spaces and internal routing for gas/air lines and wire feed motor cables to improve reliability. The system utilizes TurboMove advanced servo control for smooth point-to-point motion.
