2008 Fuji ANS-320TTS CNC Turning Center, Twin Spindle, 3500 RPM, 8" Chuck

The 2008 Fuji ANS-320TTS is a twin spindle, twin turret CNC turning center equipped with a FANUC series 320I model A CNC control. This machine features a maximum work diameter of 7 inches and a maximum work length of 23 inches. The spindles have a diameter of 3 inches with a 2.2-inch spindle bore, capable of reaching speeds up to 3500 RPM and powered by a 20/25 HP motor. The unit includes a tailstock with a no. 4MT taper, a 14-inch stroke, and a 3.9-inch quill diameter. It has an 8-inch chuck capacity, currently configured with a collet chuck. The Z-axis travel is 28 inches. Additionally, the system is equipped with an integrated auto parts stacker/destacker for automated material handling.
