Tripax shredder The unit is a dual lane design that allows for placing a 20kg block of cheese per lane It also complete with spare gates power drive belt. There is also a grater plate fitted to a mount wheel (pictured) and a set of horizontal knives on the Tripax machine (also pictured) as it stands and the following is a list of further blade sets that will be included with the unit in addition to these. 1. Three (3x) of 5mm grate plates, 1x is used and 2x look new. 2. Two (2x) of 3mm grate plates, both new. 3. One (1x) of 4mm grate plate, possibly used. 4. Two (2x) of mount wheels for the grate plates to be fitted too.
