The 2012 FANUC M3iA/6S is a high-speed delta robot designed for picking, sorting, and assembly operations. This four-axis model features a parallel link structure and a single-axis wrist rotation, providing a 6 kg payload capacity and a 1350 mm horizontal reach. Engineered for high acceleration and short cycle times, the robot offers a repeatability of ±0.1 mm and a mass of 160 kg. It is designed for inverted mounting and carries an IP67 rating, making it water and dust proof. The system is integrated into a dual-robot cell featuring three conveyors running end-to-end and is controlled by FANUC R-30iB controllers and Allen Bradley PLC controls.
