THE SYSTEM PROVIDES 4-FACE PROCESSING CAPABILITIES, ALLOWING IT TO CUT FEATURES SUCH AS SLOTS, HOLES, COPES, AND MARKINGS ONTO FOUR FACE PROFILES. ENHANCED EFFICIENCY IS ACHIEVED THROUGH 2-ZONE PROCESSING, FACILITATED BY A FANUC 7 ROTARY AXIS, WHICH REDUCES MATERIAL INDEXING. THE PCR42 IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ADVANCED LASER MEASURING SYSTEM AND ROTARY ENCODER, UTILIZING A NON-CONTACT LASER SENSOR FOR PROBING, ENSURING OPTIMAL CUTTING ACCURACY. IT PROCESSES MATERIAL USING DSTV (NC1) FILES DIRECTLY FROM 3D DETAILING SOFTWARE. SUPPORTED CUTS INCLUDE COPES, NOTCHES, HOLES, SLOTS, COMPOUND ANGLE CUTS, WELD PREP (45 DEGREES), BEAM SPLITTING, SCRIBING, AND MARKING. MATERIAL SIZE CAPACITY INCLUDES I-BEAMS UP TO 48 INCHES AND HSS RECTANGLES UP TO 20 INCHES BY 24 INCHES, WITH AN OPTIONAL ROUND TUBE CAPABILITY FOR DIAMETERS RANGING FROM 4 INCHES TO 26 INCHES.
