The Peddinghaus PeddiWriter PW-1250 is an automatic plasma layout marking system featuring Hypertherm plasma arcwriting technology and two independent torch assemblies for simultaneous 2-sided marking. It utilizes a Siemens CNC control and Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software. The machine is capable of marking four sides of a profile (top/bottom web and flange) and employs roller feed measurement for nonstop throughput and continuous surface detection. Key specifications include a maximum section width of 50 inches (1,270 mm) and a maximum section height of 24 inches (610 mm). Minimum dimensions are 3 inches by 3 inches for beams and angles.
