2021 FANUC M-20ID/25 Articulated Robot, 25kg Payload, 1831mm Reach, R-30iB Plus Controller

The 2021 FANUC M-20ID/25 is a six-axis articulated industrial robot designed for high-performance automation in confined environments. It features a 25 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 1831 mm, and a repeatability of ± 0.02 mm. The unit has a mechanical mass of 250 kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting configurations. Its slim arm and wrist design includes a 57 mm diameter hollow wrist with internal cable routing to minimize interference and cable wear. The robot is powered by an improved drive train, delivering axis speeds of 210°/s for J1 and J2, 265°/s for J3, 420°/s for J4 and J5, and 720°/s for J6. Motion ranges are J1 ±340°, J2 ±260°, J3 ±458°, J4 ±400°, J5 ±360°, and J6 ±900°. The system is equipped with an R-30IB PLUS controller, a teach pendant, and connection cables. Built with an IP67-rated wrist and J3 arm, the robot is suitable for various applications including assembly, load/transfer, dispensing, material removal, material handling, and palletizing. The design incorporates advanced servo technology and high rigidity to maximize throughput and motion performance.
