The Hexagon TIGO SF is a versatile, shop-floor coordinate measuring machine (CMM) designed for high-accuracy measurement in demanding environments. Featuring a compact footprint with PC, controller, and peripherals integrated into a single base, the machine offers full accessibility across its open sides. It operates on linear guideways across all axes without requiring compressed air, mitigating contamination risks. The TIGO SF provides a measuring volume of 500 mm in X, 580 mm in Y, and 500 mm in Z (22.83" Y, 19.69" Z). It supports both touch-trigger and continuous scanning probes, such as the HP-S-X1C and indexable HH-A heads. Thermal stability is maintained via temperature compensation sensors across operating ranges from 15 °C to 40 °C with the XT option. Protected by covers, bellows, an optional IP54-rated stand, and passive or active vibration dampeners, it provides an ergonomic workstation with an adjustable screen and keyboard.
