The Davis Keyseater Model 15B features a keyway cutting capacity ranging from 1/16″ to 1-1/2″ in steel, with a maximum keyway capacity of 1.5″ and a maximum length of cut up to 31″. Depending on cutter length, maximum cut lengths vary: 4″ for a 16″ cutter, 8″ for a 20″ cutter, 12″ for a 24″ cutter, and 18″ for a 30″ cutter. The machine provides a standard throat depth of 19″, expandable to 22″ with the DA-60 extra throat depth assembly. Standard maximum height of work is 12″, which increases to 18″ with the D-1701 arm post option. The unit is equipped with a 20″ x 31″ table featuring 3 T-slots and a 1-1/2″ travel.
