The DRE Penlon Integra SP VSO2 is a compact, fully functional, three-gas portable anesthesia machine designed for small surgical suites, imaging facilities, oral surgery, and mobile applications. Weighing approximately 26 to 27 pounds without a vaporizer, it features dimensions of 14 inches high, 16.5 inches wide, and 10.5 inches deep. The system supports three primary gases—oxygen, nitrous oxide, and air—and is engineered with a mechanical anti-hypoxic safety device and air/N2O interlock to prevent hypoxic gas delivery. Designed for versatility and low-flow delivery, the unit incorporates a single Selectatec-compatible vaporizer mounting system. It includes an auxiliary oxygen port for independent gas delivery, a recessed flush valve to prevent accidental activation during transport, side-located gas ports, and a retractable top handle. The system accommodates multiple ventilator choices, including the DRE AV800, Ohmeda 7000/7800 series, and an MRI-compatible Penlon Nuffield model for use in imaging suites. For enhanced mobility, optional accessories include a hardshell carrying case with optional wheels, a mobile trolley with a built-in shelf, and a rebreathing absorber circuit.
