The TE 638946-2 is an AMPMODU II series single-row header connector designed for through-hole mounting. It features two vertical posts with a 0.64 mm square profile and a 2.54 mm pitch. The contacts are constructed from phosphor bronze with gold plating (0.76ΜM [30ΜIN]) over nickel in the mating area and tin over nickel on the solder termination area. Its housing is made from UL 94V-0 rated PBT material. This connector is rated for a maximum current of 3 amperes per contact and a maximum voltage of 250 VAC. It operates within a temperature range of -65 °C to +105 °C.
