New ROMI D1000 Vertical Machining Center with FANUC Control, 20 HP, 15000 RPM, 220V

The ROMI D1000 Vertical Machining Center features a 22” x 48” table with a maximum evenly distributed load capacity of 2,205 lbs. Axis travels offer 40” in the X axis, 24” in the Y axis, and 25” in the Z axis, with a rapid traverse rate of 1575 IPM across X, Y, and Z axes. Powered by a 20 HP spindle motor, it delivers vari-speed spindle performance up to 15,000 RPM with a CAT 40 spindle taper. Tool management is supported by a 30-position side-mount tool changer. Operational control is managed via a Fanuc 0i-MF 15” color touchscreen CNC control system, accompanied by a remote jog handwheel (MPG), USB, and Ethernet interfaces. Standard equipment includes Z axis thermal compensation, a spindle chiller, automatic lubrication, a coolant system, two sealed LED work lamps, and a multi-tap 220-480 VAC autotransformer.
