IT SUPPORTS PROFIBUS-DP DATA RATES UP TO 12 MBPS AND IS COMPATIBLE WITH DP-V0 AND DP-V1 PROTOCOLS. THE PROFIBUS INTERFACE UTILIZES A D-SUB 9-PIN FEMALE CONNECTOR. THE MODULE DRAWS ITS POWER FROM THE BACKPLANE, REQUIRING 5 VDC AND CONSUMING 750 MA OF CURRENT. IT OCCUPIES A SINGLE SLOT ON THE BACKPLANE.
