FAQ

Questions sellers ask first.

Everything you need to know about buying and selling on Aucto. Can’t find an answer?

Talk to us

What does it cost me?

Nothing to list. Aucto charges a 10% commission on the final sale price, and only when a machine sells. No listing fees, no subscription.

How and when do I get paid?

Aucto collects payment from the buyer, keeps its commission, and sends you the rest at least a day before the machine is released. You're not required to hand anything over until you've been paid in full.

Do I have to give Aucto exclusivity?

No. Keep selling through your own site and any other channel you use. Aucto is an additional channel, not a replacement for one.

Who deals with the buyer?

You do. You answer questions about your own machines and handle any issues after the sale — but the conversation happens in Aucto's messaging portal rather than over your own email or phone. That's how Aucto tracks the sale, collects payment, and gets your commission right.

Who handles pickup and loading?

Aucto coordinates the pickup with the buyer. Loading and securing the machine happens at your facility, the same as any sale you run today.

What if my website isn't set up for this?

Our scan works off whatever inventory you already have published. If something doesn't come through cleanly, you'll see it in your seller account before it's live and can fix or skip it.
