The machine operates with a manual tool carrier holding one tool, complementing its single spindle design with a vertical NT #40 taper spindle. The spindle delivers 5 HP continuous power (30-minute rating) with a top speed of 3,750 RPM, optionally upgradable to 5,000 RPM, allowing effective machining of various materials. The 3-axis configuration includes travels of 30" on the X-axis, 15.5" on the Y-axis, and 18" on the Z-axis, providing substantial workspace for complex machining tasks. Rapid feed rates and precise linear motion control enable efficient and accurate positioning along all axes. Optional support for rotary or indexing tables enhances versatility for advanced machining operations requiring multi-angle workpiece orientation.
