This high-performance CNC machining center features a robust worktable measuring 51.18" (L) x 55.11" (W), with an optional reduced size of 35.43" x 35.43", supporting workpieces up to 8,800 lbs. The vertical spindle utilizes an HSK-A100 taper, with HSK-T100 as an alternative, delivering a top speed of 14,000 RPM (upgradable to 18,000 RPM) and a 30-minute power rating of 39 HP (upgradable to 53 HP). Tooling is managed via a chain or rack tool carrier, accommodating 33 tools (expandable to 150), with rapid tool change times of 4 seconds and chip-to-chip times of 7 seconds. The machine offers 5-axis capability (optionally 3-axis), enabling complex machining operations. Axis travels are X1: 47.2", Y1: 51.18", Z1: 31.4", and A1: 280°, with a maximum feed rate and rapid traverse of 3,222 ipm across all linear axes. Rotary table support is optional, while an index table is not included.
