Technical Description

This high-performance CNC machining center features a robust worktable measuring 51.18" (L) x 55.11" (W), with an optional reduced size of 35.43" x 35.43", supporting workpieces up to 8,800 lbs. The vertical spindle utilizes an HSK-A100 taper, with HSK-T100 as an alternative, delivering a top speed of 14,000 RPM (upgradable to 18,000 RPM) and a 30-minute power rating of 39 HP (upgradable to 53 HP). Tooling is managed via a chain or rack tool carrier, accommodating 33 tools (expandable to 150), with rapid tool change times of 4 seconds and chip-to-chip times of 7 seconds. The machine offers 5-axis capability (optionally 3-axis), enabling complex machining operations. Axis travels are X1: 47.2", Y1: 51.18", Z1: 31.4", and A1: 280°, with a maximum feed rate and rapid traverse of 3,222 ipm across all linear axes. Rotary table support is optional, while an index table is not included. The system is designed for high throughput and precision, suitable for demanding production environments requiring versatility and reliability in large-part machining.
