Technical Description

The AMCO BS-712G Horizontal Band Saw is engineered for precision cutting with a robust design that accommodates a variety of materials. It features a rectangular capacity of 8.25 inches in height and 7.00 inches in width, along with a circular capacity of 7.00 inches, making it versatile for different applications. The saw is equipped with a blade measuring 0.79 inches in width and 0.035 inches in thickness, with a total length of 92.88 inches. At a 90° angle, it can handle rectangular cuts up to 7" x 12" (178mm x 305mm) and circular cuts up to 7" (178mm). For angled cuts, it offers a circular capacity of 5" (127mm) at 45° and a rectangular capacity of 4.75" x 4.5" (120mm x 115mm). Powered by a 1-1/2 HP motor, the saw operates on 110V/220V single-phase power (prewired for 110V), ensuring reliable performance. The blade speeds are adjustable at 60Hz, offering three options: 34, 70, and 104 MPM (approximately 111, 230, and 341 FPM) or alternatively 109, 224, and 333 FPM.
