The machine offers a horizontal spindle orientation with a generous CT #50 taper, operating at speeds up to 6,000 RPM and delivering 35 HP (30-minute rating) to maintain robust cutting power. The tool system includes an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) with a standard capacity of 60 tools, expandable up to 120 tools, facilitating prolonged and flexible production runs with minimal downtime. Axis travels include an extensive 82.67" in X, 48.62" in Y, and 60.43" in Z, all capable of rapid traverse rates of 945 inches per minute, optimizing cycle times. The standard configuration supports 3 axes, with an optional 4th axis for enhanced multi-axis machining capabilities.
