The Atrump B5-FC is a precision CNC vertical machining center engineered for high-tolerance manufacturing across aerospace, automotive, and mold-making industries. This machine features a robust cast-iron frame with a 10" x 54" hardened table and box-way construction on the Y and Z axes for maximum rigidity and vibration damping. The system delivers 32" of longitudinal (X-axis) travel, 18" of cross travel (Y-axis), and 20" of vertical travel (Z-axis), accommodating diverse workpiece geometries. Equipped with a powerful 5 HP spindle motor, the B5-FC achieves spindle speeds ranging from 80 to 4,200 rpm through a hi-lo two-speed gearbox, enabling efficient cutting of hard-to-machine materials. The quill-type head provides 5" of additional vertical adjustment, allowing operation as a manual machine, 2-axis CNC, or full 3-axis CNC system. Double-nut precision ball screws with zero lash and hardened guide ways ensure superior accuracy and repeatability. The included Centroid M400 control with 15" LCD touchscreen simplifies programming and operation.
