Technical Description

This CNC machining center features a robust table measuring 32.5 x 16 inches, capable of supporting workpieces up to 1,200 lbs. The table can be optionally equipped with an index or rotary table for enhanced versatility. The vertical spindle utilizes a CAT 40 taper, with BT 40 as an optional configuration, and delivers a maximum speed of 8,000 RPM and 10 HP (30-minute rating) for demanding machining tasks. Tooling is managed via an armless automatic tool changer (ATC) supporting 16 tools standard, expandable to 20, with a rapid tool change time of 9 seconds. The machine operates on three primary axes (X, Y, Z), with an optional fourth axis (B) for increased flexibility. Axis travels are 26 inches (X), 18 inches (Y), and 24 inches (Z), each capable of a maximum feed rate of 300 ipm and rapid traverse of 500 ipm. The B-axis offers full 360-degree rotation.
