The Bardons & Oliver 1SC-300 Horizontal Machining Center is a rugged, heavy-duty CNC turning machine engineered for high-precision and high-productivity applications. Designed for bar and tube work, it features a main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 18.000" and a turning length of 15.130", accommodating a chuck diameter of 12.000" and a maximum bar diameter of 3.000". The main spindle delivers up to 3,000 RPM and 40 HP, while the sub-spindle matches these specifications, enabling efficient secondary operations. The machine is equipped with a turret-style primary tool carrier, supporting up to 15 turning tools and 6 rotary tools, with the rotary tools providing 10 HP and 2,000 RPM for live tooling capabilities. With two axes of motion, the 1SC-300 offers X-axis travel of 6.250" and Z-axis travel of 8.880", both axes capable of a maximum feed rate of 200 ipm and rapid traverse speeds of 400 ipm.
