The BOMAG BW 206 ADO-5 is a heavy articulated tandem vibratory roller designed for high-efficiency asphalt compaction on roads, highways, parking lots, and access roads. It features an oscillating articulated steering system for excellent maneuverability and a smooth, even compaction pattern. The machine is equipped with a Deutz TCD 4.1 L04 water-cooled 4-cylinder diesel engine delivering 140.9 hp (104 kW) at 2,300 rpm, meeting stringent Tier 4 Final / Stage V emissions standards. It has a drum width of 84.1 in (2,135 mm) and a drum diameter of 55.1 in (1,400 mm), providing a static linear load of 182.3 lb/in on the front drum and 169.2 lb/in on the rear drum, with a high centrifugal force of 21,132 lbs for effective compaction. The roller offers two vibration frequencies (40 and 50 vpm) and two amplitude settings for versatility across different asphalt layers and conditions.
