The machine’s table measures 335 inches in length by 98.4 inches in width, providing ample work support for oversized components. Its vertical spindle utilizes an HSK63A taper as standard, with an optional HSK40E taper, and delivers a maximum speed of 28,000 RPM for high-speed machining, or 18,000 RPM for high-torque applications. The spindle is rated at 27 HP for 30 minutes, with an optional upgrade to 54 HP for heavy-duty tasks. Tooling is managed by a 30-station ATC wheel-type tool carrier, ensuring efficient tool changes and reduced downtime. The machine’s A-axis provides a rotational range of 210 degrees, enhancing its capability for multi-sided and complex part machining.
