This CNC machining center features a robust configuration designed for high-precision and high-productivity metal cutting applications. The machine offers 30 inches of X-axis travel, 24 inches of Y-axis travel, and 24 inches of Z-axis travel, providing a generous work envelope suitable for a wide range of part sizes. The spindle is equipped with a CAT 40 taper and delivers up to 12,000 RPM, powered by a 25 HP motor for aggressive material removal and fine finishing capabilities. A 30-position automatic tool changer (ATC) ensures rapid tool exchange and minimizes non-cutting time. The control system is a Fanuc 18i, known for its reliability, advanced programming features, and support for complex machining operations. Integrated chip removal is handled by a chip conveyor, maintaining a clean work area and reducing manual cleaning requirements.
