The machine is equipped with a horizontal spindle utilizing a #45 taper, capable of speeds up to 2,000 RPM (optional 3,000 RPM) and delivering 15.00 HP (30-minute rating) for robust cutting performance. Tooling is managed by an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) with a standard capacity of 6 tools, expandable to 24 tools for increased flexibility. The machine operates on three linear axes (X, Y, Z), each offering 24.000", 17.000", and 18.000" of travel respectively, with a maximum feed rate of 600 ipm and rapid traverse speeds of 787 ipm for efficient material removal and reduced cycle times. The absence of a U axis keeps the configuration simple and focused on core machining tasks.
