CHAMPION C60C MOTOR GRADERS

The Champion C60C motor grader is a compact, single-axle machine engineered for superior maneuverability and efficient grading performance. It features a 10-foot wide, 0.7-inch thick moldboard with 44-inch sideshift capability on both left and right sides, allowing precise and flexible grading adjustments. The blade tip angles reach up to 45 degrees forward and 5 degrees rearward, optimizing cutting and material distribution. The maximum shoulder reach outside of tires is 3 inches on both sides, with a maximum reach of 75 inches beyond the tires, enhancing operational reach for diverse grading tasks. Powered by a 4-cylinder Cummins 4BT3.9 engine with 238 cubic inches displacement, the grader delivers a net power of 110 hp in first gear at 2500 rpm, supporting robust performance for demanding applications. The hydrostatic transmission enables smooth speed control with a maximum forward and reverse speed of 19.9 mph (31 kph). The front axle is re-engineered with a total oscillation angle of 35 degrees and a 15-degree wheel lean, providing excellent ground clearance of 22 inches and exceptional maneuverability—including a 360-degree turn within a 17 ft 6 in radius and a 50-degree steering angle left and right. The machine’s dimensions include an overall length of 20.9 ft, width over tires of 7.2 ft, and height of 9.6 ft to the top of the isomount cab. Weighing approximately 12,800 lbs, the C60C balances weight and power for stable performance in tight spaces. Its strengthened articulation cylinder mounts and widened blade lift stance enhance durability and operator control, making it suitable for road maintenance, paving, and other earthmoving applications.
