The CHEN HO MCH1800 is a robust 4-axis horizontal machining center designed for high-precision and heavy-duty machining applications. Featuring a spacious 78" x 53" table, this machine provides ample work area for large and complex parts. The X-axis offers 72" of travel, the Y-axis 53", and the Z-axis 48", allowing for extensive machining range in all directions. The spindle is equipped with a BT 50 taper, supporting a wide variety of tooling options and ensuring strong, reliable performance. The machine is powered by a geared head and can reach spindle speeds up to 4,000 RPM, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of materials and cutting operations. It comes standard with a Fanuc 0M CNC control system, known for its reliability and ease of use, and includes a 60-pocket automatic tool changer (ATC) for efficient tool management and reduced downtime.
