This vertical machining center features two main spindles, each with a vertical orientation and HSK 63A taper, supporting high-speed operations up to 20,000 RPM (with an optional top speed of 12,500 RPM). The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) capable of holding 60 tools as standard, expandable to 90 tools, and delivers rapid tool change times of 2.00 seconds (chip-to-chip: 2.70 seconds). The worktable supports optional index and rotary tables for enhanced flexibility in complex machining tasks. The machine offers three linear axes (X, Y, Z) with travels of 47.24", 43.31", and 31.50" respectively, enabling large workpiece capacity and versatile part handling. Maximum feed rates and rapid traverse speeds ensure efficient material removal and reduced cycle times. A pallet changer is available as an option, supporting up to four pallets for continuous, unattended operation.
