The CNC-TAKANG TK450/1000 is a robust manual lathe engineered for precision and heavy-duty turning applications. Featuring a 460 mm (18.13 inches) swing over bed and a 290 mm (11.41 inches) swing over cross slide, this lathe provides ample clearance for large workpieces. The distance between centers is 1000 mm (40.00 inches), accommodating extended components. The spindle bore measures 56 mm (2.20 inches), allowing for the passage of long bar stock. Powered by a 7.5 HP motor, the TK450/1000 delivers strong performance with a variable spindle speed range up to 2,800 RPM, ensuring flexibility across a wide range of materials and operations. The lathe is built on a high-rigidity one-piece cast iron base, ensuring stability and minimizing vibration during machining. It offers a comprehensive selection of thread pitches, including metric (0.5–7 mm), inch (4–56 TPI), module (0.25–3.5 M), and DP (8–112 P), supporting diverse threading requirements.
