The CNC-TAKANG VMC-1010 is a compact vertical machining center engineered for precision manufacturing operations. This three-axis machine features a robust construction utilizing high-quality Meehanite castings treated through tempering processes to ensure structural stability and dimensional accuracy during high-speed operations. The machine delivers 1010mm (39.76") of X-axis travel, 500mm (19.69") of Y-axis travel, and 520mm (20.47") of Z-axis travel, accommodating a wide range of workpiece geometries. The work table measures 1200 x 450mm (47.24" x 17.72") with a maximum load capacity of 600kg, featuring five T-slots with 18mm width and 75mm pitch for secure workpiece clamping. The spindle operates at a constant 8,000 RPM with a 15 HP motor (30-minute rating) and utilizes a BT40 taper interface. Rapid feed rates reach 20,000mm/min on both X/Y and Z axes, while cutting feed rates are variable from 1 to 8,000mm/min. The integral automatic tool changer accommodates 24 tools with maximum diameters of 100mm and lengths up to 250mm, weighing up to 8kg each.
