This CNC vertical machining center features a robust 39" x 18" table capable of supporting workpieces up to 1,600 lbs, with optional support for index and rotary tables. It operates on a vertical spindle with an HSK-50E taper, enabling high-speed machining at up to 30,000 RPM powered by a 20 HP motor (30-minute rating). The machine incorporates a 20-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) with an 8-second tool change time and an additional 14 seconds chip-to-chip change, enhancing production efficiency. It supports three axes (X, Y, Z) with a travel range of 33.5", 20", and 21" respectively, all with maximum feed rates and rapid traverse speeds of 800 inches per minute, ensuring precise and rapid positioning. A four-axis option is available for advanced machining tasks. Pallet changer integration is optional for added automation.
