The Dah Lih MCH-630 is a horizontal machining center designed for heavy-duty and precision machining. It features a 25" x 25" table capable of supporting workpieces up to 2,640 lbs, making it suitable for large and heavy parts. The machine is equipped with a #50 taper horizontal spindle delivering up to 6,000 RPM and 30 HP (30-minute rating), providing robust power for a variety of cutting tasks. The standard setup includes a 60-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) with an optional expansion up to 120 tools, enabling extended machining runs with minimal downtime. Two pallets with a pallet changer are standard, increasing productivity by allowing simultaneous loading and machining. The MCH-630 has three linear axes (X, Y, Z) with travels of 39.3", 33.5", and 31.5" respectively, all offering a rapid traverse of 945 ipm and max feed rate of 315 ipm for efficient material removal. An optional fourth axis can be added, while a rotary B-axis offers a full 360° rotation for complex contouring and 5-axis capability.
