The Dah Lih MCH-800 is a precision horizontal machining center designed for high-efficiency production work. It features a robust 800mm x 800mm work table capable of supporting workpieces up to 2,000 kg, with a standard two-pallet automatic changer expandable to six pallets for extended production runs. The machine provides 1,350mm longitudinal (X-axis), 1,000mm cross (Y-axis), and 1,000mm vertical (Z-axis) travel, delivering rapid traverse rates up to 399 ipm for optimized cycle times. The horizontal spindle operates at a maximum speed of 6,000 rpm with 30 hp continuous rating and accommodates CAT-50 tooling through a 60-tool automatic tool changer, expandable to 120 tools. The control system utilizes Fanuc Series 18i-MB CNC for reliable operation and precise part production.
