The machine is equipped with a 5-axis Detlev/Hofmann rotary table, offering A-axis travel of ±150 degrees and C-axis indexing up to 360 degrees, with maximum speeds of 270 RPM (A-axis) and 550 RPM (C-axis). The system integrates a Siemens 840D Powerline 3D control for precise multi-axis coordination and process management. A Lasag FLS 652 N industrial laser enables high-speed, high-quality laser drilling and cutting, while a Renishaw 3D probe ensures accurate workpiece measurement and alignment. The machine is outfitted with a head beam camera for real-time monitoring, System 3R tooling for rapid setup, and a Keller L-CUT-1-P2 dust extraction unit for clean operation.
