This CNC Vertical Machining Center features a large worktable measuring 240.16" x 86.61" capable of supporting an exceptionally heavy workpiece load up to 61,728 lbs, making it ideal for machining large and heavy components. It is equipped with a vertical BT50 spindle delivering 30 HP at 6000 RPM (with an optional 35 HP at 4000 RPM) for high-power cutting operations. The spindle supports a 40-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) with an option to expand capacity to 120 tools, enhancing machining flexibility and reducing downtime. The machine operates on four axes (X, Y, Z, and one additional axis), with the X-axis traveling 246.06", Y-axis 125.98", and Z-axis 27.56". Each axis supports maximum feed rates of 394 IPM and rapid traverse speeds of 629 IPM, facilitating efficient and precise multi-axis machining.
