The DN Solutions DVF 4000 is a compact 5-axis vertical machining center engineered for high-speed, precision production of complex multi-sided parts in aerospace, medical, and mold-making applications. This machine delivers a direct-coupled spindle capable of 15,000 RPM with 18.5 kW of power and 118 N·m of torque, utilizing oil cooling and smart thermal control as standard features for dimensional stability. The work envelope spans 620mm (24.4") on the X-axis, 440mm (17.32") on the Y-axis, and 430mm (16.92") on the Z-axis, accommodating workpieces up to Ø500mm × 480mm height and 200kg maximum weight. The Ø400mm rotary tilting table (optional Ø500mm) provides simultaneous true 5-axis capability with a B-axis range of -30° to +110° and full 360° C-axis rotation, eliminating repositioning and cumulative tolerance errors. The 40-position automatic tool changer with CAT 40 Big Plus taper ensures rapid tool changes and extended spindle uptime.
