The DOALL C-80 Horizontal Band Saw is engineered for precision cutting with a robust capacity of 12" x 16" and 12-3/4" round materials. It utilizes a 1" x 144" x 0.035" blade, adjustable between 50 to 450 FPM, ensuring versatility for various applications. The saw features carbide blade guides and hydraulic blade tensioning for enhanced stability and performance. Its variable pressure hydraulic downfeed allows for controlled cutting, while the auto bar feed stroke extends up to 20", optimizing productivity. The hydraulic shuttle and machine vises secure workpieces effectively, complemented by a parts discharge table measuring 42" L x 19" W for efficient material handling. The infeed table, at 68" L, is equipped with three 3-1/2" diameter rollers spaced on 16" centers, facilitating smooth material entry. Powering the saw is a 5 HP, 3-phase, 60-cycle, 220-volt blade drive motor, alongside a 1/3 HP coolant pump motor for effective cooling during operation.
