The DOALL TDC-1000CNC Horizontal Band Saw is engineered for precision cutting with a robust rectangular capacity of 38 inches in height and 40 inches in width. This CNC-controlled machine measures 169 inches in length, 595 inches in width, and 146 inches in height, weighing 47,840 lbs. It features a 2-inch wide by 351.5-inch long saw blade, driven by a powerful 10 hp motor that operates at band speeds ranging from 65 to 328 feet per minute, with hydraulic band tension for optimal performance. The hydraulic system, powered by a 5 hp motor and equipped with a 12-gallon reservoir, ensures efficient operation. Designed for versatility, the TDC-1000CNC can handle round tubes up to 40 inches, round solids up to 21.7 inches, and rectangular cuts of 38 by 40 inches. Performance specifications include a remnant length drop of 20.8 inches and an auto index multiple stroke maximum of 394 inches.
