Technical Description

This CNC machining center features a robust multi-axis configuration for high-precision manufacturing. The X-axis (longitudinal) spans 12.6", Y-axis (transversal) 15.83", and Z-axis (vertical) 15.55", providing extensive travel for complex part geometries. Additional axes include A-axis (rotary base rotation: 0°–360°), U-axis (bar positioning: 0.38"), H-axis (cutting unit vertical movement: 24.69"), P-axis (cutting unit transversal movement: 34.65"), B-axis (motorised vice movement: 31.1"), ZG-axis (horizontal cutting unit vertical movement: 7.48"), YL-axis (horizontal cutting unit transversal movement: 0.05"), and YF-axis (end milling unit transverse travel: 0.05"). The machine is equipped with four electrospindles featuring air cooling, a rotary electrospindle unit on the base (0°–360°), and a maximum S1 power output of 7.51 Hp at 24,000 RPM. Toolholding is via ER 32, supporting up to six machining units. Machining units disengage from the work area using recirculating ball slides with a 4.33" stroke. The vertical cutting unit has a 23.62" carbide-tipped blade with NC positioning (-48° to 245°) and a 4.2 Hp motor, while the horizontal cutting unit features a 13.78" blade, NC positioning (-45° to +45°), and a 1.14 Hp motor. The end milling unit supports a maximum mill diameter of 7.78", a maximum mill pack height of 7.87", a maximum rotation speed of 8,000 RPM, and a cutting head sleeve diameter of 1.26".
