The EUMACH DVM-2021 is a high-precision vertical machining center engineered for demanding multi-sided production work. This 3-axis machine features a robust design with a maximum spindle speed of 5,000 RPM and 26.1 kW spindle motor power, delivering consistent performance for heavy cutting operations. The machine accommodates workpieces up to 8,000 kg on its 2,000 x 1,700 mm table, with X, Y, and Z-axis travel of 2,150 mm, 2,200 mm, and 700 mm respectively. Equipped with a 40-position automatic tool changer and CAT#50 spindle taper, the DVM-2021 reduces tool changeover time to 8 seconds, maximizing productivity. The advanced Fagor 8065 CNC control system provides ISO G-code programming, high-speed machining algorithms, and optional 5-axis RTCP capability for complex contouring. Positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm and repeatability of ±0.015 mm ensure superior part quality. The machine includes through-spindle coolant, programmable coolant system, automatic lubrication, and integrated chip handling with both screw-type augers and chain conveyor.
