The EVERISING HW700/1100 Horizontal Band Saw is engineered for precision cutting with a robust rectangular capacity of 43.31 inches in width and 27.56 inches in height. It accommodates various materials with a 90° capacity of 28.1 inches for round stock and 43.3 inches by 27.6 inches for rectangular shapes. The saw offers versatile cutting angles, achieving 26.8 inches round and rectangular at ±45°, and 18.9 inches at -60°. Featuring a minimum clamping capacity of 16.1 inches, it ensures secure material handling. The blade operates at variable speeds ranging from 49 to 328 ft/min, utilizing a 377.95-inch blade size with dimensions of 2.13 inches in width and 0.063 inches in thickness. Powering the saw is a 10 HP (7.5 kW) blade drive motor, complemented by a 3 HP (2.2 kW) hydraulic pump motor, a 1/4 HP (180 W) oil mist motor, and a 1/8 HP (90 W) wire brush motor.
