The Fadal VMC 2015HS-II is a compact, high-speed vertical machining center engineered for small-part production in space-constrained shops. This three-axis CNC machine features a robust 64" × 94" × 94" footprint and weighs 6,160 lbs, providing excellent rigidity despite its small profile. The machine delivers 20" × 15" × 16" of X, Y, and Z axis travel respectively, with rapid traverse rates of 1,890 IPM across all axes, enabling efficient cycle time reduction. Equipped with a BT-30 spindle taper rated at 12,000 RPM with 7.5 HP continuous/10 HP peak power, the 2015HS-II excels in high-speed machining operations while maintaining tight tolerances. The automatic tool changer features a 20-tool capacity with industry-leading 1-second tool-to-tool change time, the fastest in Fadal's lineup, combined with random tool selection methodology. The 25.6" × 15" worktable accommodates a maximum load of 440 lbs and features three T-slots measuring 3.94" × 0.709".
