The FAGIMA JAZZ R 5AX is a compact, high-precision 5-axis vertical machining center designed for versatile and complex milling operations. It features a travel of 29.53 inches (X-axis), 23.62 inches (Y-axis), and 21.65 inches (Z-axis), with a single swivel rotary table enabling simultaneous 5-axis machining. The machine supports a robust table size of approximately 23.62 x 23.62 inches and can handle up to 500 kg workpiece load, enhancing support and accuracy, especially for cylindrical workpieces when combined with its tailstock option. The JAZZ R 5AX is fully enclosed with CNC control and offers compatibility with automation systems and pallet changers, facilitating flexible, efficient production environments. Its spindle options range up to 24,000 RPM with CAT40 or optional HSK A63 spindle taper. A standard 40-position tool magazine can be expanded to 60 or 120 tools to accommodate diverse tooling requirements.
