The FEELER HV-40A is a precision vertical machining center engineered for versatile CNC milling applications. This machine features a robust design with a higher saddle than conventional models, significantly upgrading bending resistance, movement straightness, and structural rigidity. The reinforced iron casting column incorporates cross ribs to enhance torsional torque resistance and improve resonance frequency characteristics. The HV-40A delivers excellent performance with a 10,000 RPM spindle powered by an 18.5 kW (24.8 hp) motor equipped with a 7/24 Taper No.40 spindle nose. Travel capabilities span 1,000 mm (39.37 inches) on the X-axis, 520 mm (20.47 inches) on the Y-axis, and 505 mm (19.88 inches) on the Z-axis, accommodating substantial workpiece dimensions. The machine features a spacious 660 × 400 mm work table capable of supporting significant loads, complemented by rapid traverse rates of 60 m/min on X and Y axes and 30 m/min on Z axis for efficient non-cutting movements. The 24-position automatic tool changer enables rapid tool changes, enhancing productivity and reducing cycle times. Controlled by an advanced CNC system with 3-axis simultaneous control, this machine is well-suited for aerospace, automotive, mold manufacturing, and general precision machining applications requiring high accuracy and repeatability in diverse materials.
