The FFG MAG VDF 450 TM is a high-performance horizontal machining center designed for heavy-duty turning and milling applications. The machine is equipped with a 75 HP main spindle driving at up to 2,800 RPM, optionally enhanced to 135 HP and 3,100 RPM for increased cutting power. This machine incorporates two tool turrets: a radial turret supporting up to 12 turning and 12 rotary tools, and an axial turret housing up to 12 turning and 6 rotary tools, with rotary tools powered by 17-20 HP spindles running at 3,000 RPM. It has a 5-axis configuration with axes travels of 28.54 inches (X), 11.81 inches standard (Y) with an 18.1-inch option, and 79 inches standard (Z), extendable up to 178 inches.
