FPT TESSEN HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

The FPT TESSEN Horizontal Machining Center is a high-performance 5-axis CNC milling machine designed for precise and efficient machining of large workpieces. It features a robust work table measuring 39.3" x 39.3" with an optional larger size of 47.24" x 39.3", capable of supporting up to 6,615 lbs. The machine is equipped with a horizontal spindle utilizing an HSK A63 taper, standard top spindle speed of 5,000 RPM with an optional upgrade to 7,000 RPM, and a powerful 34 HP motor rated for 30 minutes. A standard rotary table is included to support multi-axis machining, while an optional indexed table and U axis further enhance versatility. The machining center offers extensive axis travels: X-axis up to 137.8" (optionally 196.8"), Y-axis 43.3", and Z-axis 59", all capable of rapid traversal speeds up to 1,575 inches per minute. Tool management is facilitated by a chain tool carrier holding 24 tools, expandable to 80 tools, enabling complex operations without frequent manual tool changes. This machine's construction focuses on rigidity and accuracy, suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring 5-axis machining of large components with high precision. Optional features such as the U axis and indexed table expand programming flexibility.
