The GROB G750 is a 5-axis horizontal machining center designed for advanced manufacturing of large parts. It features three linear axes (X, Y, Z) with travels of 39.37", 43.30", and 46.06" respectively, enabling comprehensive workpiece accessibility. The machine utilizes a horizontal spindle orientation with HSK-A63 taper, standard spindle speed of 12,000 RPM, and optional speeds up to 30,000 RPM. The rotary table measures 37.4" diameter with a maximum workpiece capacity of 2,205 lbs and incorporates two rotary axes offering a 230-degree A-axis swivel and 360-degree B-axis rotation for 5-sided machining and simultaneous 5-axis interpolation. Rapid traverse rates reach 2,362 ipm across all linear axes, ensuring efficient cycle times. The machine accommodates a 117-tool magazine with HEIDENHAIN or SIEMENS CNC control. Optional configurations include alternative A-axis or B-axis-only variants and pallet clamping systems.
