This CNC machining center features a robust table measuring 52.000 inches in length by 23.000 inches in width, capable of supporting workpieces up to 4,000 lbs. An optional support index or rotary table can be added for enhanced versatility. The vertical spindle is equipped with a CT 40 taper, with BT 40 as an optional taper, and delivers a maximum speed of 8,100 RPM and 30 HP (30-minute rating) for high-performance machining. The machine utilizes a carousel-style tool carrier with a capacity of 20 tools, enabling rapid tool changes in just 4.2 seconds (chip-to-chip time of 4.5 seconds). It operates on three primary axes (X, Y, Z), with an optional fourth axis for expanded machining capabilities. Axis travels are 50.000 inches (X), 26.000 inches (Y), and 25.000 inches (Z), each supporting a maximum feed rate of 500 ipm and rapid traverse of 710 ipm. The A-axis offers a range of 105.000°, while the B-axis provides full 360.000° rotation.
