Technical Description

This CNC machine features a rotary table/trunnion wired for a 4th axis, with a generous table/pallet size of 52" x 23". It offers X, Y, and Z travels of 40", 26", and 25" respectively, enabling machining of large parts. The machine supports rapid traverse speeds up to 710 IPM and cutting feed rates up to 500 IPM, suitable for efficient material removal processes. The spindle utilizes a CAT50 taper, known for heavy-duty and robust machining applications, with a maximum spindle speed of 7,500 RPM driven by a powerful 30 HP motor.
